This is where we get to know each other. I will ask questions about your overall lifestyle. Availability, eating habits, exercise experience etc. This information is important to making this all work. The more I know, the better I can customize a routine that meshes well with your schedule. The goal is to find an efficient and realistic plan. There's ALWAYS a way to accomplish this. Of course, this is also a time for you to ask me any questions about myself that you'd like to know. If you decide to move forward, the next step is the fitness evaluation.
Fitness Evaluation:
The purpose of the fitness evaluation is to give me an idea of what you're capable of. I will run you through a few strength, cardiovascular, balance and flexibility tests. This process takes about 30-45 minutes. The consultation and fitness evaluation will give me the information I need to create a customized routine.
